Business Overview -:NIIT's Career Education Business delivers a diverse range of learning and talent development programs to millions of individual and corporate learners in areas including Banking & Finance, Information Technology and Digital Media Marketing, It focuses on providing enhancement & employability skills to learners.JOB OVERVIEW -:Your role would be of a Sales Counsellor who would be required to sell the training programs of NIIT pertaining to the BFSI industry . As a Sales Counsellor , you would be expected to counsel the prospects effectively for the programs whereby ensuring that the prospect enrolls for the program which is most suitable to his/ her profile and need. You shall be designated as Sr. Sales Counsellor.Job Responsibility -:- Calling & Following up with potential NIIT learners to propagate NIIT’s mission of providing career advancement opportunities. - Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post sales relationship management. - Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes - Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions.Educational Qualification- Mandatory : Graduate - Optional : PGSkillsGoal-oriented with a results-driven desire for successExperience- Minimum : 1 yr - Maximum : 4 yrs - Preferably in Education Sales
