We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our continued growth.✅ What We’re Looking For:2–4 years of proven experience in technical recruitment with a strong focus on W2 and full-time roles.Excellent communication skills – spoken and written.Ability to manage multiple job requisitions with tight deadlines.Solid understanding of tax terms – W2, 1099, C2C.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools.Strong interpersonal skills and a go-getter attitude.Bonus Points If You Have:Prior experience working with IT staffing firms or consulting companies.Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.Exposure to diversity & inclusion hiring initiatives
