Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing financial data, processes, and systems to drive informed decision-making and optimize financial performance.Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to finance processes and systems. - Collaborate with finance teams, stakeholders, and IT to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Perform financial data analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. - Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements within the finance function. - Assist in designing and implementing new financial systems or enhancements to existing systems. - Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management. - Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls. - Support testing and validation of financial applications and data integrity. - Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and IT teams to facilitate communication and project delivery.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the finance sector. - Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting, and reporting. - Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools, etc.). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail. - Experience with ERP/financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
