Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager with a background in consulting organization on GTM Strategy, process optimization, project management etc. to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and providing leadership throughout the program lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker, process engineering thinking and excellent communication skills to drive program success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement the channel sales structure. - Develop and document SOPs, workflows, and operational processes for partner management. - Manage timelines, communication, and execution of projects across sales, marketing, and product teams. - Assist in designing the partner onboarding journey, managing partner performance across funnel and performance tracking systems. - Own project tracking, milestone setting, and regular status reporting to stakeholders. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Support internal ennoblement initiatives by creating templates, dashboards, and process documentation.Who You Are:- 2+ years of professional experience in program management, operations, consulting, or project coordination roles. Generalist mindset with exposure to diverse functions or industries. - Experience working in fast-paced environments or startups where you had to wear multiple hats is preferred Demonstrated ability to build or scale processes from scratch. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets/PPT is a must
