The ideal candidate will come with a strong Tier 1 background (such as top consulting or finance firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Big4), a deep understanding of high-performance environments, and a passion for driving social impact.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support:Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive the company's strategic initiatives and key priorities. Execution Leadership:Lead high-priority projects and initiatives to ensure seamless execution and alignment across teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as a liaison across departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between leadership and teams. Operational Efficiency:Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline processes and improve overall effectiveness.
