Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is essential. - A Master’s degree in Architecture (M.Arch) or a specialization (e.g., Sustainable Design or equivalent) is a plus.Skills:- Atleast 6-8 years of experience in preparing and execution of large scale Commercial & Institutional buildings. - Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite etc. - Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and legal regulations. - Excellent spatial awareness and an eye for detail. - Strong visualization and presentation skills. - Good communication, collaboration, and project management abilities. - Creative thinking with a practical approach to problem-solving. - Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.Key Responsibilities:- Determine requirements and develop design briefs to prepare and present design proposals using CAD and 3D visualization software - Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications. - Coordinate with civil engineers, MEP engineers etc. - Select and specify materials and finishes. - Incorporate safety, environmental, and functional standards into designs. - Ensure that all designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards. - Conduct site visits and monitor construction to ensure adherence to plans - Provide guidance throughout the construction phase and resolve design-related issues.
