Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamicSenior HR Executiveto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance. This role is key to fostering a productive and positive workplace culture.Recruitment and Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and address workplace conflicts professionally. Foster a positive work environment through communication, engagement activities, and regular feedback mechanisms. HR Policy Implementation Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Update and implement HR policies in line with organizational goals and legal requirements. Performance Management Assist in designing and executing performance appraisal systems. Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance. Training and Development Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs. Collaborate with external trainers or develop in-house training modules. HR Operations and Administration Maintain and update employee records in HR software systems. Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. Compensation and Benefits Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely salary disbursements. Support the administration of employee benefits, bonuses, and incentives. Compliance and Documentation Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance checks. Maintain up-to-date records for all statutory requirements such as ESI, PF, and gratuity. Employee Engagement and Retention Plan and execute employee engagement activities. Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and analyze feedback for retention strategies. HR Reporting and Analytics Generate HR reports and analyze data for insights on turnover, performance, and hiring trends. Present regular HR dashboards to senior management. Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 3–6 years of experience in HR operations. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
