Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Executive to manage and support our network of medical distributors. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and distributors, ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and high levels of satisfaction.Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or distributor management, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.*Hindi language is Mandatory.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for all distributor-related queries, issues, and support. - Manage order processing, and coordination with distributors. - Maintain up-to-date records of distributor communications, agreements, and performance. - Ensure timely follow-ups on payments, stock status, product dispatches, and complaints. - Assist in onboarding new distributors and ensure they are trained in company processes and product knowledge. - Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives at the distributor level.Preferred Skills:- Bachelor's degree in science, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. - Hindi language is Mandatory. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM and SAP systems is a plus. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure. - Experience in handling distributors or channel partners in the medical or diagnostics industry. - Understanding of medical products, regulatory requirements, and supply chain dynamics.
