The candidate should also have been in leadership roles in the past organisation leading atleast a total number of 30+ staffs in IT infrastructure team.Roles and Responsibilities- Microsoft Certified – Azure Solutions Architect Expert / MCSE is mandatory. - Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues through sharing best practices and direct resolution. - Excellent written and verbal communication and effective organisational and multi-tasking skills. - Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others. - Should be flexible to work in an operational environment, rotational shifts and on-call schedule. - The knowledge of network, firewalls, load balancer, API gateway, flapping, Network monitoring, coordinating with network vendor, last mile. - Deep understanding of TCP/IP and other network protocols.
