Regardless of your background, age, or identity, we welcome all talents to join us on this exciting journey towards shaping the future of mobility.Purpose of the Position(Short Summary of the Role): Wiring harness development together with development Supplier - 3D data review, PDM/DMU verification, assembly checks Schematic (SYS) plan review and update W/H changes – Technical and commercial analysis, verification and implementation Supplier co - ordination with technical input, BMG Part & vehicle level testing Technical feasibility analysis for new electrical features Be a communication link between R&D and various agencies of SAVWIPL like Purchase, SRM, Program Management, logistics, Assembly, Production, Suppliers Project monitoring and tracking of open technical actionsAuthority: Resolve technical Issues, change management Supplier Guidelines with exact technical changes. Resolving Technical failure of Production and Field related to the Design. Proto type Part Testing and Protocol Sharing to WOB, MBSkills Required: Communication in English Analytical skills Good knowledge about automobile technics CATIA, Ldorado/CAP-H, Schematic Project Management Product development knowledge Good administrative skills : ability to plan , develop a structureKey Responsibilities &Tasks: To co-ordinate and manage the relevant testing task so that the component Technical development requirements are analyzed, prepared and executed in an efficient and appropriate way for decision making or implementation. Support the relevant team, based on PEP guidelines and ensure that the respective milestones (technical and budgetary) are completed within the stipulated time period and with the desired results Conduct regular product team meeting, facilitate discussions team wise, interdepartmental, development consultants/suppliers and Skoda MB to arrive at best solutions for products and company. Continuously seek, identify and co-ordinate new Indian technologies / development opportunities based on competitor/market trends, customer requirements, Supplier inputs and Manufacturing requirements. Ensure compliance with internal and external requirement such as Specifications (LAH) regulatory, homologation and identified Key performance Indicators (KPI’s) To support and guide the team with an excellent deep understanding of the component development and test requirements where required. Review the technical issues, possible or identifies actions and plans for next stage of the project Ensuring project targets and milestones (time, cost and Quality ) Support regular development team meetings, facilitate discussions team wise, interdepartmental, with development consultants and suppliers and Skoda MB to arrive at best solutions for product and company.
