Job Title: Amazon Ads Specialist – USA Marketplace Expert Company: Bargad Location: Remote / [Delhi/Patel nagar] Job Type: Full-TimeRole Overview: We are looking for an Amazon Ads expert who lives and breathes PPC strategy, optimization, and performance. This is not an entry-level role. You must have hands-on, proven experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns specifically in the USA marketplace, with a sharp focus on ROAS, scaling, and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities: • Strategically plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display (USA marketplace). • Deep-dive into keyword targeting, bidding strategies, product segmentation, and competitor analysis. • Deliver high-performance campaigns with consistent improvements in ACoS, CTR, CVR, and overall ad efficiency. • Analyze advertising reports and dashboards to extract insights and drive data-backed optimizations. • Lead A/B testing for creative variations, targeting options, and campaign structures. • Coordinate with product, content, and creative teams to ensure ads align with business goals and brand positioning. • Manage ad budgets at scale while maximizing ROI. • Stay on top of trends, Amazon ad product updates, and emerging strategies in the U.S. marketplace.Requirements: • Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing Amazon ads in the USA marketplace — this is a mandatory requirement. • Proven track record of scaling ad campaigns profitably and reducing ACoS. • Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console. • Proficiency in keyword research tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk). • Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills. • Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently.Bonus Points: • Experience with lifestyle, fashion, or beauty product categories. • Familiarity with Amazon DSP campaigns and external traffic strategies.What We Offer: • A results-driven, collaborative work culture. • Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
