JOB DESCRIPTION :UMA RUBBER AND PLASTIC PRODUCT, a leading rubber product manufacturing company established in 1991, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales-oriented mindset with direct experience in selling silicone extruded rubber profiles or similar rubber products. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities within your assigned territory, working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Support team to drive business growth and maximize revenue.RESPONSIBILITIES Maximize Sales and Profitability: Focus on increasing sales turnover and ensuring profitability of silicone extruded rubber profiles. Territory Coverage: Explore, identify, and capitalize on opportunities within your territory. Manage and expand the customer base for silicone rubber products. Customer Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential customers through visits, calls, emails, and participation in industry events. Customer Needs Understanding: Assess end-user applications to provide tailored solutions for silicone rubber profiles, ensuring optimal product fit. Market Research & Business Development: Conduct ongoing market research, regularly visit both existing and potential clients to uncover future opportunities for growth. Market Mapping & Key Account Identification: Identify and target key customers, particularly in sectors such as construction, automotive, industrial machinery, and pharmaceuticals. Presentation Preparation: Develop presentations and educational documents, effectively showcasing the benefits and applications of silicone extruded rubber profiles to customers.CANDIDATE PROFILE Educational Requirements: Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Rubber Technology, or BBA in Marketing with industrial exposure, preferably in rubber or silicone products. Sales Experience: Proven track record in technical sales, ideally in selling silicone extruded rubber profiles or related rubber products. Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of silicone extruded rubber profiles, with the ability to communicate technical details to customers. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong business relationships. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian OEMs in the construction, automotive, industrial machinery, and pharmaceutical sectors is highly advantageous. Travel Willingness: Ready to travel regularly (1-2 weeks/month) to meet clients and prospects across your territory. Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written). Additional languages will be a plus.
