The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shooting, producing, and managing end-to-end production workflows. This role also involves conceptualizing and developing original IPs that align with Pinkvilla’s brand and audience.Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Plan and execute high-quality video shoots, ensuring creative excellence and technical precision. Create and produce videos based on trends and research. Collaborate with the editorial and brand teams to produce engaging video content for various platforms. Leverage strong understanding of YouTube formats, audience behavior, and best practices to ensure content is optimized for the platform. Branded Content Production: Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver impactful branded content campaigns. Maintain brand integrity while meeting client requirements and deadlines. Development of IPs: Ideate, create, and oversee new Intellectual Properties (IPs) for Pinkvilla, from concept to execution. Ensure IPs are innovative, audience-relevant, and aligned with the company’s vision. Project Management: Oversee all stages of production, including pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, and other creative professionals to achieve production goals. Foster a collaborative environment to drive creativity and productivity.Key Requirements: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in content production, with expertise in shooting and creative direction. Proven ability to produce branded content that resonates with target audiences. Strong portfolio showcasing experience in video production and original IP development. Technical proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and production equipment. Excellent project management and communication skills. Background in digital media, entertainment, or lifestyle content production. Familiarity with editing workflows and software. Strong understanding of YouTube as a platform — including content trends, audience engagement strategies, SEO, thumbnails, and retention tactics.
