Job Description

Responsibilities Key Accountabilities: - Business Development Business Development meetings in order to understand the client requirements Client handling, preparation & presentation of business pitches / proposals Proposal Formulation, Tender Preparation, Technical and Financial bid formulation, LOA preparation. Maintaining business relationships, and updating the internal system with activities on that frontTeam Management and Assignment Execution Would handle / lead all the assignments being delivered by Knight Frank Advisory services Balance multiple engagements and responsibilities Consultancy Reports for Real Estate including Financial Feasibilities study (Financial Feasibility Study, Highest and best use study, Development option Study, Business strategy, transaction advisory etc.) Research Reports White PapersThe assignment management would involve the following Client Interactions and management Team management Site Visits Preparing the Research Design Data Sufficiency assessment Leading the Data Analysis in co-ordination with Research team Detailed Financial analysis (Evaluate data, prepares forecasts, analyzes trends and presents results pertaining to real estate assets) Report Preparation and review Presentation and Discussion of results / recommendations / valuations etc with the clientQuality Maintain the organization quality standards. Play the role of Checker in the “Maker-Checker-Reviewer” quality control process. Required to discuss and incorporate feedback received from Process Head / Client Leading the team with Billing and CollectionBusiness Process Management Maintaining and updating the Regional MIS Maintaining the team time sheets Ensuring compliance to Standard Operating Procedures. Ensuring assignment is completed within agreed timelines and costs Updating of Relationship activities in the central data basePeople Management ResponsibilitiesLeadership skill to guide the team Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with various functions Build good relationship with functional leaders and stakeholders Good understanding of the organizationProfessional experience and Competency ProfileMBA from reputed Business School / Post Graduate in Finance / Architect with Post Graduate in Planning with 7 to 10 years consulting experience is essential. Candidate with working experience in Real Estate / Management Consulting / Infrastructure advisory and having exposure in making detailed Financial models will be essential. Travelling experience to other destinations for meetings/conducting research is necessary.Competency (Levels as per Competency Framework) Core Competency Leadership skills Develop business by identifying opportunities /clients Strong interpersonal & networking skills Develop business by identifying opportunities /clients Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and liaison skills High Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel / Power Point) Strong Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics are preferred skill sets Ability to understand industry category /vertical and make relevant recommendations Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and have the skill of multi-tasking. Deliver work in time and of quality standards set by Knight Frank and the client
