You’ll work directly with founders, engineering heads, and internal recruiters to drive end-to-end hiring delivery while mentoring junior consultants on the team.What You’ll Do Take ownership of 4–6 technology mandates at a time, managing full-cycle recruitment Partner with clients to understand role specifics, business context, and hiring urgency Build sourcing strategies usingLinkedIn, Naukri , and targeted outreach Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to closure Guide Associate Consultants and help shape their recruitment muscle Document progress, provide weekly reports, and manage client expectations proactivelyWhat You’ll Bring 3–6 yearsof recruitment experience, preferably with astaffing firmorproduct-led company Proven ability intechnology hiringacross engineering, DevOps, QA, and product functions Familiarity withLinkedIn Recruiter ,Naukri , and job board optimization Excellent communication, calibration, and stakeholder management skills A high sense of ownership, speed, and comfort with changing priorities
