Job Title:Senior Sales Executive – Corporate Gifting Location:Jaipur, Rajasthan Industry:Gifting & Promotional Products Employment Type:Full-Time | On-siteRole Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end client journey, from lead generation and product recommendation to final order closure and post-delivery follow-ups. This role demands a strong understanding of product branding techniques, effective communication, and a proactive approach to building long-term B2B relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and engage corporate clients across industries such as IT, finance, retail, FMCG, and education Develop customized gifting proposals based on client briefs, budget, and branding objectives Present concepts, samples, and digital design layouts to decision-makers Execute complete sales cycles, including preparing quotations, purchase orders (POs), and proforma invoices (PIs) Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment Maintain and grow key accounts by offering new products, seasonal promotions, and timely service Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings Report sales forecasts, pipeline progress, and client insights to the Sales Head Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on high-value corporate accounts and repeat gifting cycles Generate leads through BTL activities, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate networking Manage post-sales service and relationship nurturing to maximize client retention and referralsRequired QualificationsGraduate or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, merchandising, or promotional products Prior experience working with clients in industries like IT, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or BFSI is preferredSkill SetStrong knowledge of corporate gifting products, printing techniques (DTF, screen printing, UV print, embroidery, etc.), and customization methods Excellent communication skills in English Demonstrated expertise in client servicing, negotiation, and consultative selling Ability to understand product aesthetics, branding requirements, and design briefs Proficiency in preparing proposals, POs, PIs, and handling price negotiations Comfortable using CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel, and digital presentation platforms Familiarity with digital product catalogs and virtual product presentation toolsPreferred TraitsGoal-driven with a passion for client interaction and solution-oriented thinking Good business acumen and the ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced environment Enthusiastic team player with a customer-first mindsetWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and incentive structure Opportunity to work with top Indian and international brands A dynamic and collaborative work environment On-the-job training and development in gifting innovations and sales strategy
