The Route Trainer will be responsible for training and supporting new and existing sales staff on effective product distribution and sales techniques. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, preparing training materials, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Training, Product Training, and Route Planning Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Ability to develop and implement training programs Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in using training tools and digital technologies Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
