In this role you will craft visually compelling designs, create motion graphics, and edit videos that bring brands to life across various digital platforms.Responsibilities:Graphic Design: Design visually appealing and innovative marketing materials, including brand identity assets and social media graphics.Motion Graphics: Develop engaging motion graphics & animations to enhance brand storytelling and create impactful video content for digital platforms/ channels.Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage, add graphics, effects, and transitions to create high-quality videos.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to brainstorm ideas, contribute to creative concepts and ensure cohesive execution of design projects.Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the design world.Qualifications:Education: Graduation from NIFT or a reputed design institute.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in visualization, video editing, graphic and motion designing.Experience of working with a marketing agency is an added advantage.Skills:Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other designing tools.Strong designing skills and ability to handle diverse design projects.Creative portfolio showcasing innovative designs and motion graphics.Attributes:Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Ability to push creative boundaries and deliver exceptional work.Why Join Us?If you’re passionate about design, eager to innovate, and want to work in an environment that fosters creativity, The Alpha Agency is the place for you.Location: Gurugram, Sector-50
