As aBusiness Development Manager , you’ll be thefirst point of contactfor potential franchise partners across India. Your role is tocall inbound leads , explain our brand opportunity, qualify interested prospects, and coordinate the next steps with the franchise team. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up withleads interested in becoming franchisees Maintain and update lead status in CRM or Excel Share franchise brochures and information via email/WhatsApp Fix meetings or calls with senior franchise managers Build rapport and clearly communicate the value of partnering with our brand Coordinate with internal teams for timely lead conversion What We’re Looking For: Strong spoken and written communication inEnglish and Hindi(knowledge of regional languages is a plus) Confident and persuasive phone presence Organized and good with follow-ups Prior experience in retail, franchising, or lead generation is a bonus
