Job Posting: Revit Modeller / Scan2BIM Modeller Company: Terra Modus India Job Title: Revit Modeller / Scan2BIM Modeller Location: On site, Delhi, India Starting Salary: 25000 INR (3 months probation period), subject to performance review and increase thereafter Salary Range: 30000 - 40000 INR post probation period Language:Fluent English is mandatory Starting Date: Urgently Experience Required: 1-2 yearsResponsibilities: As a Revit Modeller / Scan2BIM Modeller at Terra Modus India, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for translating Lidar scans into accurate and detailed architectural models using our in-house software, "Undet Pointcloud." Your primary responsibilities will include: Collaborating within a team to create accurate 3D architectural models from Lidar scans Utilizing Revit software to convert point cloud data into intelligent BIM models Ensuring precision and detail in the modeling process Participating in quality control processes to maintain high standards of output Contributing to the continuous improvement of our modeling techniques and processes Communicating effectively within the team and reporting progress to the project leadRequirements: We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: Proficiency in Revit software, with the ability to create accurate and detailed architectural models Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus Fresh graduate with a degree in Architectural or Civil studies Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Strong teamwork and communication skills Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and processesBenefits: Competitive starting salary with potential for growth post probation period Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the field of BIM and point cloud modeling Structured learning and development opportunities within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Paid vacation allowance of 3 weeks per year Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off, in addition to bank holidaysIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for architectural modeling and BIM technology, we encourage you to apply.
