Job Description

Job Title: Sales Outreach SpecialistLocation: Kharadi ( Pune)Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our products/services. - Respond to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information and addressing any questions. - Utilize ZoomInfo or similar business intelligence platforms to identify and engage with high-potential leads. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications, including call notes and follow-up actions, within our CRM system. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with overall business objectives. - Continuously update CRM data to ensure the integrity and accuracy of client information.Qualifications:- Proven experience in a tele calling, customer service, or sales role. - Proficiency in using ZoomInfo or similar business intelligence platforms. - Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new tools and platforms.Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. - Familiarity with additional sales and marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Clear bit). - Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies. - Operational experience with data-driven marketing and customer segmentation.
