Skill-Veeva Vault Senior AnalystExp-10+ YearsLocation-Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, ChennaiNotice-Immediate-15 DaysWhat's this role about?As a Veeva Vault Senior Analyst for Zensar’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, you will be responsible for following:- Responsible for supporting all Veeva Vault-related go-to-market activities offshore, cooperating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - We are seeking someone enthusiastic about working in an agile and dynamic work environment and ready to demonstrate their leadership and management skills. Prior experience in leading a team is essential. - Provide technical guidance to development teams working on Veeva Vault (RIMS, Safety, Quality etc.) applications. - Liaise with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements that best leverage the Vault platform. - Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. - Support business development including supporting pre-sales activities, participating in sales calls and developing proposals. - Recruiting and mentoring new team members as per project requirements. It's also important to stay updated with the latest advancements in Veeva Vault and related technologies.Qualifications:- 10+ years of technical experience in Life Sciences Veeva implementations. Veeva certification will be an advantage. - This role requires strong leadership skills and proven capabilities of being an inspiring leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to scale up Veeva practice by finding new opportunities. - Good understanding and practical expertise of implementing and managing Veeva Vault configurations for Life Sciences organizations. Should have good knowledge of all the applications of Vault suite - Understanding of other Veeva Vault applications in Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality & Safety - Veeva suite certification - Certified level - Good knowledge of Veeva Release Management and best practices. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experienced with the global service delivery model in project roll outs.
