Eligibility Criteria for Site Supervisor:1. 1 years of minimum experience in the construction or modular furniture and residential interiors industry.2. The candidate must have decent knowledge with regards to measurement standards.3. Diploma course in Civil Engineering or Interiors.4. Extremely high level of ownership and learning attitude.5. Candidate must be proficient in English.6. Candidate must have a two-wheeler and he must be comfortable in travelling on an average 40 km per day across PuneJob Description:As Site Supervisor - will be responsible for the complete project scheduling, monitoring and project management from the 10%-100% stage, ensuring that the project is executed by various vendors as per the design inputs and on time. They will be reporting to the project managers.Roles and Responsibilities:• Coordinating with Vendors and Purchase Team to ensure works are completed timely on sites.• Make a detailed project schedule with dependencies and keep all stakeholders including the Client updated of advancements in the project.• Red flag delays and prepare catch up plans.• Prepare WPR (Weekly Progress Report) to be sent to the customers.• Understand drawings(2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc).•Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.• Ensuring execution and design match at all times.• Validate drawings, BOQ & site.• Ensuring that all quality and timeline related requirements are met.• Effectively communicating with client, designers and other stakeholders to resolve issues if any.• Updating of project trackers & summaries.• Keeping client satisfaction in mind and ensuring you meet their expectations in terms of timeline and quality of work.
