The ideal candidate should have experience in direct sales, especially through professional platforms like LinkedIn, and must possess excellent communication skills to engage with global clients.Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and close deals in IT services and software consulting domain. Leverage platforms like LinkedIn and email outreach to build a strong sales pipeline. Identify, qualify, and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals. Work closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to align client requirements with solutions. Maintain CRM records and report weekly/monthly sales metrics. Attend virtual/in-person meetings and industry events when required.Requirements: 4–6 years of experience in B2B IT services sales or software consulting. Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and consulting models. Proven ability in direct sales via LinkedIn, outbound email campaigns, and virtual demos. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
