This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and build foundational accounting skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:Support daily accounting operations, including: Data entry Invoice processing Bank reconciliations Document management Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly statutory compliances, including: GST TDS PF, ESIC, LWF Professional Tax (PT) Assist in the preparation of financial statements and performance reports Help implement new accounting procedures Accurately record, report, and analyze financial transactions Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements Coordinate with auditors and respond to audit-related queries Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information Required Skills & Tools:Proficiency inMS Word & Excel , including formulas and structured data handling Basic understanding ofTally ERP / Tally Primefor accounting entries and ledgers Willingness to learn and useZoho Books & Zoho Payroll(cloud-based accounting tools) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills Eligibility Criteria:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field ( ) Internship or academic project experience in accounting/finance is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic professional environment What We Offer:Hands-on training with real-time accounting tasks Mentorship and career development support Friendly, collaborative, and supportive work culture Statutory benefits and paid leave
