Job Description: Sales (IC role)- North India Position:Sales Manager Location:NCR-Noida /Gurugram Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy for Managed IT Services in the North Indian region. Identify and target new corporate clients ( large private enterprises, to sell managed IT services & solutions. Achieve sales targets and KPIs, including lead generation, revenue, and profitability. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. Lead presentations and demonstrations of managed services to potential clients, explaining the value proposition and benefits of the service offerings.2.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders (CIOs, IT Managers, CTOs, etc.). Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions, including infrastructure management, cloud services, IT security, and disaster recovery. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction to foster renewals and upsell opportunities. Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution. 3.Market Intelligence and Reporting: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and competitors in the managed services industry. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations as required by the management team. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the technical and service delivery teams to ensure that the proposed solutions align with the client’s needs and expectations. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation, event participation, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness. 5.Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients to close sales. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the sales process.Qualifications and Skills: Education:Bachelor's degree Engineering / Information Technology/ Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in managed IT services, cloud services, IT outsourcing, or enterprise IT solutions. Proven track record of selling IT services to corporate clients, with a focus on closing high-value deals . Strong understanding of IT services, infrastructure management, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IT consulting. Experience in B2B sales with a consultative selling approach and knowledge of the Indian IT market. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical clients. Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to influence decision-makers at all levels. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
