We are seeking a polite and professional Tele Caller to join our international support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, appointment scheduling and sales support.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to international leads/customers (primarily in the US) Clearly explain the client’s services and offerings Handle queries and objections with professionalism and confidence Generate leads, schedule appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups Maintain and update call logs and customer records accurately in the CRM Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and improve outreach effectivenessRequired Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent) Strong interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills Confident, goal-driven, and resilient under pressure Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications Prior experience in international calling or BPO preferredPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field 1-3 years of experience in international voice process / tele calling Freshers with excellent spoken English are welcome to apply
