You’ll work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, seamless integration, and outstanding customer experience.Key Responsibilities: Understand client business requirements and craft tailored SaaS solutions. Analyze customer tools and systems to determine the best integration strategy. Design and execute implementation plans, ensuring go-live within committed timelines. Act as a single point of contact during implementation, including integrations and data migration. Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on project progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handovers and post-launch support. Track key implementation metrics and identify areas for automation or process improvement. Advocate for customer needs and share insights with the product team for continuous enhancement. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related features or services. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Good understaning of SQL, Javascript 2–3 years of hands-on experience implementing SaaS products. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset. Superior communication skills (both written and spoken English). Familiarity with cloud applications and SaaS delivery models. Bonus: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
