Job Title - Validation Expert - Business Analyst (Veeva Vault CRM )Job Type - RemoteJob Experience - 7+ YearsJob Description -Roles & Responsibilities: BA/Validation expert/ ADO experienceJob Overview:We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our team for the Veeva CRM to Vault CRM migration integration project utilizing Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CRM systems and data integration to facilitate a successful migration and integration process.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for the migration and integration of Veeva CRM with Vault CRM using IICS.Data Mapping: Analyze existing data structures in Veeva CRM and define mapping strategies for data migration to Vault CRM, ensuring data integrity and compliance.Integration Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and document integration processes, workflows, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) requirements to facilitate seamless data transfer.Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and potential impacts of the migration, ensuring thorough communication throughout the project lifecycle.Testing Support: Assist in the development of test plans for data migration and integration activities; support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate results against requirements.Training and Documentation: Create training materials and assist with training sessions to educate users on new processes and the Vault CRM system.Project Tracking: Monitor project milestones and deliverables, track project status, and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.Post-Migration Support: Support the transition to Vault CRM, addressing any issues that arise post-migration and ensuring ongoing user adoption and satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM systems, with a focus on Veeva and Vault CRM preferred.Familiarity with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in data mapping and integration processes.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.Preferred Skills:Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.Understanding of data governance principles and compliance requirements related to CRM data.
