Job DescriptionCertified WorkForce Software ConsultantConsultant with expertise in Workforce Time and Attendance and Job Scheduler modules, complex configurationsWorked on Workforce Software (WFS) product, contributing to implementation, quality assurance, policy migrations, and Business Requirements Document (BRD) creation.Implement Workforce software, which includes setup features, screen layout, workflow, and computationsCertifications requiredWorkforce Time Level 1 – Functional Implementation Certification PT 101Workforce Time Configuration Specialist eLearning + Exam PT 102Time Database Schema (PT 120)Workforce Time Interfaces Specialist PT103Job Scheduling Level 1 - configurationIn line to this, the candidate:- Should possess experience in handling implementations (functional and/or technical) in the areas of Mobile Workforce Management, Field Force Management and other relevant areas - Should have a good understanding of technology/domain from the perspective of product configuration, implementation, systems integration, and data migration. - Should be able to coordinate multiple stakeholders including business clients, domain and system SME, Client management and offshore SME in a Global delivery environment. - Should have Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizational, time management and facilitation skills - Should be strong at written and oral communication with good interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate is required to:- Work in close liaison with client and IT stakeholders to understand and prioritize work intake. - be primarily responsible for assessment, analysis and to write detailed requirements. - Provide suggestions for process customization and refinements based on problem areas.Experience Required:· A minimum of 5 Years of prior relevant work experienceLocation of Posting:* Hyderabad, Bengaluru, BhubaneswarQualification· Full-time Bachelor’s Degree is a must· Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
