Build and executeproduct roadmapsaligned with business objectives. Work closely with the Founders on strategic initiatives and high-priority decisions. Define and implementAI capabilities across core business functions . Create and refineAI promptsand features to drive intelligent user experiences. Collaborate withDevelopment, Data Engineering , andSalesteams to ensure alignment and execution. LeverageAzure cloud servicesfor product and data infrastructure where applicable. Driveproduct-led growthand support sales enablement efforts. Translate data-driven insights into scalable product features. Mentor and lead cross-functional teams with strongleadership and managementpractices.Requirements Overall experience of 13+ years in developing custom products with 3+ years on Tech Leadership within a SaaS firm. 7+ years of experience inProduct Management , withSaaSandAI-based productbackground. Proven track record managing and scalingend-to-end SaaS products . Experience working with large datasets and data-driven product decision-making. Strong understanding ofprompt engineeringfor AI applications. Hands-on experience withAzure Cloud Servicesand modern data architectures. Deep understanding of the intersection betweenAI, Product, and Business Strategy . Excellent collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications Experience in startups or high-growth SaaS companies. Exposure tosales processesand ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
