Team Management: • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams within the cluster. • Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and a customer-centric mindset. 3. Operational Efficiency: • Ensure consistent implementation of operational policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards across all stores. • Monitor inventory levels, minimize stock discrepancies, and manage shrinkage within the cluster. • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and marketing, to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. 4. Customer Experience: • Champion excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of service quality and resolving customer complaints or issues effectively. • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience. • Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement. 5.
