Job Title

Qualifications:- Experience: 3+ years of experience with Dynatrace or other APM tools (e.g., New Relic, AppDynamics, Datadog). - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in setting up and configuring Dynatrace environments. - Strong understanding of application performance management, monitoring tools, and observability. - Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes & Helm). - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose performance issues and suggest remediation strategies. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Certifications: Dynatrace Associate or Professional Certification is a plus. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience integrating Dynatrace with other monitoring and incident management tools. - Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and service mesh observability. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices
