To undertake material planning & cost adherence as per annual operating plan. To be a part of price monitoring committee for all company purchases. To undertake procurement activities of Class A items, MMS items and Bay / Connectivity related items. To execute all type of service orders. To ensure dispatch and delivery of materials on site in timely manner. To be responsible for land acquisition for open access parks / warehouse etc. To execute agreements and ensure proper documentations related to the land acquisition. Liaisoning with local Govt offices for mutation orders and registration of title documents . To get the survey completed for the lands purchased for the open access projects. Cross functional coordination with Commercial, BD, Projects and Design Team for land acquisition activities. Travel as needed based on requirements.Behavioral Skills Good communication skills (verbal & written). Good interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information / data. Maintaining self-discipline, punctuality and ethical behavior.
