Job Description

Responsibilities: ● Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients' accounts ● Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical contacts ● Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities ● Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts ● Ability to handle sales requests from clients on phone/ email/ On Site. ● Maintaining existing customers relationship management ● Helping new customers to pick the plan that works best for their business. ● Answering potential client questions and follow-up calls ● Helping to upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements ● Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals. Skills Required: ● Comfortable making calls and talking to new people. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect and interact with clients ● Persuasive and goal-oriented ● Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor ● Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories ● Self-motivated and self-directed ● Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently ● In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry ● Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines ● Excellent analytical and time-management skills ● Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client ● Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team ● Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
