JOB DESCRIPTIONFemale Hostel WardenJob Profile: A committed warden, adaptive to learning environment and supportive to responsibilities in a day-cum residential University.Brief of Duties and responsibilities-• Responsible for allotment of rooms to the students.• Responsible for maintenance of the hostels.• Looks after the quality of food served in the hostels.• Keeps strict discipline among students of the hostels.• Reports to the University authority in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the students.• Looks into the grievances/complaints of the students if found genuine.• Arranges for first-aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of student/staff, if required• Providing ideal care by way, counselling and high standards of safety and liability in the hostel.• To facilitate their holistic development physical, mental, and intellectual.• Ensure safety and security of all boarders at all times.• To ensure maintenance of discipline in and around the Hostel• To ensure that no ragging takes place in the hostels and maintain a ragging free Hostel.• To ensure housekeeping and cleaning of the premises• Responsible for addressing medical/social and personal emergencies of all students. Accompany students to the hospital in case of serious illness or injury.• To ensure that the caretakers are reporting in time and doing the assigned duties.• Pursuing the additional responsibilities allotted by Management/Director AdministrationRequired QualificationsGraduate with relevant experience in reputed educational institutions.(Residential University experience will be an added advantage.)Personal Traits Required•Good Communication skills• Patient and resilient personalitySelection Process:Send resume-recruitment@,Personal/Walk-in Interview.
