Title/Designation: Tender Executive Reports to:Marketing Head Based at:Ahmedabad Industry:Class IIIMedical Device (Healthcare – Surgical exp. preferred) Qualification:MBA (Marketing) Experience:Min 2 years(Online Government Tender Submission & GEM Experience is desirable) Salary:As per ExperienceJob descriptionThe Gem Portal Tender Executive is responsible for managing and executing all activities related to government tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. This role involves ensuring compliance with tender requirements, preparing documentation, and coordinating with various departments to secure tender bids. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of the GeM portal operations.Key responsibilities/ accountabilities: ·Monitor and identify relevant government tenders on the GeM portal. ·Analyze tender documents to understand the requirements and assess eligibility criteria. ·Prepare and compile all necessary documents required for tender submission. ·Ensure all documentation meets the compliance and regulatory standards. ·Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information and approvals. ·Prepare competitive bid proposals in line with tender specifications. ·Upload tender documents and submit bids on the GeM portal within specified deadlines. ·Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents. ·Coordinate with procurement teams, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure timelysubmission. ·Follow up with tendering authorities for updates and clarifications. ·Track the status of submitted bids and respond to any queries or requests from tendering authorities. ·Assist in contract negotiations and finalization if the bid is successful. ·Maintain records of all tender submissions and outcomes for future reference. ·Generate regular reports on tender activities, success rates, and areas for improvement. ·Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. ·Stay updated with the latest developments and updates on the GeM portal. ·Identify opportunities to improve the tendering process and implement best practicesDesired Skills & Experience·Must have knowledge of Tender business management, Customer Relationship Management, ·Work experience in selling products of surgical Consumables/medical device/pharmaceuticals etc. ·Fluency/ good command on English is must ·Candidates must have experience on searching Tenders on various sites & he have experience on tender documentation ·Knowledge of Government departments,sectors etc,Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation, tender reviews and deadlines,Ability to coordinate several tasks at a time.
