This includes data management, record-keeping, inventory handling, stakeholder coordination, and providing administrative support as per the instructions of the management. The role demands a reliable, organized, and proactive individual with basic computer knowledge and good interpersonal skills. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry, data maintenance, and back-office data processing.Support general administration and assist in the implementation of administrative procedures.Maintain and manage office records, files, and documents both physically and digitally.Monitor and coordinate the use, maintenance, and repairs of office equipment, assets, and supplies.Keep track of office supply inventory and place orders as needed.Support other administrative staff in completing daily tasks and operational needs.Handle basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks, including record maintenance.Provide courteous and professional assistance to internal and external inquiries.Liaise and interact with stakeholders and submit timely and accurate reports as required.Ensure a clean, organized, and friendly office environment by cooperating with all team members.Event Management SupportAssist in booking auditoriums or venues for official events and programs.Help in arranging gifts, mementos, and refreshments for guests during events.Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to organize events efficiently.Skills & SpecificationsBasic knowledge of general management and administrative procedures.Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Trustworthy, respectful, and honest in conduct.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education & QualificationsMinimum: High school graduate with basic office and computer skills.Preferred: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.Experience RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience as an Office Assistant in a company or NGO.Experience in an NGO setup will be considered a strong advantage.Familiarity with administrative or clerical functions is desirable.Working Conditions8 hours per day, 6 days a week.Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks based on organizational needs.
