Job Summary: We’re looking for a high-performingRegional Sales Managerwith a strong hunter mindset to lead and manage the performance of enterprise sales in the Mumbai region. This role is focused onnew business acquisitionwhile managing and driving the performance of team. You will work in a consultative, highly analytical environment to drive growth across CPaaS channels.Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new enterprise clients for CPaaS solutions (RCS, WhatsApp, Truecaller, SMS, Voice, Email, Conversation AI). Monitor Team performance on daily/weekly/monthly basis and report KPI to management Drive lead generation, conversion and customer acquisition strategies Cultivate growth within key accounts through up-selling and cross-selling. Build and maintain C-level relationships and influence decision-making. Partner cross-functionally to create long-term account plans and serve as the voice of the customer internally. Maintain a healthy and well-reported pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Represent ValueFirst at industry events and customer meetings.Qualifications: Minimum15 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience , with at least3 years managing a small team . Experience in sellingCPaaS, SaaS, or enterprise communication/technology solutions . Demonstrated success in ahunter sales role , including winning large strategic accounts. Proven ability to manage sales forecasts and financial models. Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies across digital and telecom channels.
