The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of the textile industry, particularly in the trade of yarns, fabrics, and garments. The Recruitment Manager will collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. - Source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the company, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. - Handle employee onboarding, training, and development programs. - Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Address employee grievances and resolve conflict and disputes between employees to foster a positive work environment. - Organize employee engagement activities and events. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. - Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. - Support strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. - Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management. - Monitor and improve employee attendance and punctuality. - Manage disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policies. - Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps. - Prepare and analyze HR reports, including turnover, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of promotions, transfers, and terminations.Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
