We’re looking for ahands-on Quality Assurance Executiveto oversee the production of our export-grade t-shirts. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for quality, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming fabrics for GSM, weave quality, color consistency, and defects Oversee dyeing processes for shade accuracy, fastness, and uniformity Conduct in-line and final stitching inspections to meet export-level standards Ensure conformance to size specs, seam strength, and finishing excellence Work closely with production teams to resolve issues proactively Prepare QC reports and assist in third-party audits and buyer inspections Validate packaging, labeling, and compliance before shipment✅Who You Are5+ years of experience in garment/textile QC, especially in t-shirt/knitwear production Strong technical understanding of fabrics, dyes, and garment construction Knowledge of AQL standards and global buyer expectations Sharp eye for detail with structured inspection and documentation practices Great communicator and team collaboratorPreferred BackgroundDiploma/Degree in Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, or similarWhy Join Us We’re a fast-growing apparel brand focused on quality and global standards.
