You'll work closely with media buying and strategy teams to create ad creatives that perform, iterate based on real-time feedback, and ensure brand consistency across all content.Key Responsibilities: Design high-converting static creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok ads Create engaging short-form video ads, including Reels and motion graphics Develop visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social platforms Collaborate with media buying and strategy teams to align creatives with campaign goals Rapidly iterate creatives based on performance data and feedback Maintain brand consistency across all visual assetsSkills & Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience designing both static and video creatives (agency or brand side) Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects A strong portfolio showcasing both static and video ad creatives Ability to create performance-driven, platform-optimized ad content Knowledge of creative trends across Meta, TikTok, and Google Strong eye for typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and motion Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle fast turnaroundsGood to Have: Experience in DTC or eCommerce verticals Skills in motion graphics or animation Prior work in a performance marketing or digital ad agencyIf you're passionate about crafting visuals that not only look amazing but also deliver clicks, conversions, and ROI — this role is for you!
