About the Role: We are looking for a visionary and execution-focusedProduct Leaderto head our Product Management teams acrossIoTandCustomer Experiencefunctions within theElectric Vehicle (EV)ecosystem. This is a critical leadership role driving the development of connected vehicle technologies and customer-facing digital experiences, ensuring a seamless and intelligent EV journey from end to end.Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Product Managers across IoT (e.g., vehicle telematics, connectivity, charging infrastructure) and Customer Experience (e.g., mobile apps, in-car interfaces, service touchpoints). Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps that align with our EV platform goals and user experience vision. Oversee the development and integration of connected vehicle features, ensuring real-time data insights, diagnostics, and OTA capabilities. Drive digital experiences that enhance the ownership lifecycle — from onboarding and driving to charging and servicing. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Customer Support, Marketing, and OEM/partner teams. Leverage customer insights, market trends, and analytics to identify opportunities and refine product direction. Champion a user-centric, data-informed product culture while ensuring high performance across teams. Present product vision, progress, and business impact to executive leadership and external stakeholders.Qualifications: 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong track record in IoT product development and customer experience in the EV, automotive, or mobility sectors. Experience with connected vehicle platforms, telematics, cloud-based IoT systems, and mobile applications. Deep understanding of the EV customer journey, including charging, range anxiety, remote vehicle monitoring, etc. Proven ability to lead and scale product teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EV charging infrastructure (AC/DC, public/private networks). Familiarity with industry standards such as OCPP, ISO 15118, or CAN protocols. Background in agile development, user research, and digital product analytics.
