Set up and attend client meetings across Delhi-NCR and travel to other states as required for partnership development and brand collaboration. Build and nurture long-term relationships with brand marketing teams, media buyers, and advertising agencies of partner brands. Develop and implement strategic collaboration and monetization plans to meet revenue targets and expand PMC Hindi’s network. Pitch tailored collaboration opportunities, including branded content, sponsorships, and platform integrations aligned with brand values. Work closely with internal teams to co-create branded content ideas that resonate with both advertiser goals and PMC Hindi’s audience. Track market trends, analyze competitor activities, and stay updated on industry shifts to identify new partnership opportunities. Identify PR opportunities that enhance brand exposure through media features, and event collaborations. Engage with event platforms to showcase PMC Hindi’s thought leadership through panels and speaker sessions. Identify opportunities to co-create with spiritual influencers or thought leaders who align with PMC Hindi’s vision and can enhance brand collaboration impact.What We're Looking For 4–6 years of experience in digital/media sales or brand partnerships. Strong client-facing confidence, with a flair for storytelling and persuasive pitching. Ready to travel across regions as needed for meetings and collaboration. Familiar with ad performance metrics and content monetization. A natural connector with a passion for conscious and meaningful work.
