Whether you're an experienced professional, a recent graduate, or an intern looking to learn, this role offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment where design meets purpose.Key Responsibilities (Based on Experience Level):For All Levels:Create compelling visuals for digital and print: social media posts, packaging, catalogs, banners, etc. Work closely with the marketing and fashion design teams to ensure brand consistency. Assist with image editing, retouching, and layout design. Contribute to campaign concepts, mood boards, and trend analysis. For Experienced Designers:Lead design projects from concept to execution. Manage junior designers or interns if applicable. Collaborate on branding, storytelling, and visual strategy. Oversee final outputs and coordinate with external vendors/printers. For Interns / Freshers:Support senior designers on live projects. Learn industry standards and tools in a hands-on environment. Receive mentorship and feedback on your design work. Build your portfolio with real-world assignments.Requirements:For Freshers/Interns:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A portfolio of academic, freelance, or personal projects. For Experienced Candidates:1–3+ years of relevant design experience (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign design, and digital assets. Good understanding of current design trends and fashion industry aesthetics.Graphic Designer – Key SkillsDesign & CreativityStrong visual sense and creativity Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout Ability to design for both print and digital platforms Artistic sensibility aligned with fashion trends and brand identity Software ProficiencyAdobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Core requirement) Basic knowledge ofCanva ,Figma , orCorelDRAW(Added advantage) Experience withphoto editing and retouching tools (Bonus) Familiarity withmotion graphics toolslike Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro Fashion-Specific SkillsAbility to design lookbooks, catalogs, product tags, and packaging Basic understanding of textile patterns, garment prints, or fashion branding Visual storytelling skills for campaigns and seasonal collections Experience in fashion photo editing or shoot coordination (preferred for experienced roles) Conceptual & Analytical ThinkingAbility to translate ideas and marketing goals into visual concepts Trend awareness: fashion, colors, seasons, and consumer behavior Creative problem-solving and attention to detail Collaboration & CommunicationTeam player with the ability to take feedback constructively Good communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, production) Time management and multitasking under deadlines ProfessionalismOrganized file handling and understanding of print-ready formats Portfolio showcasing academic or professional design work Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced fashion environmentWhat We Offer:A collaborative and creative work environment.
