Position Summary The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in maintaining sales pipeline integrity, ensuring deal accuracy across systems like HubSpot, PSA, and QuickBooks, and managing inventory adjustments and invoicing processes. This role supports compliance, reporting, and post-event operations while identifying areas for process optimization and sales enablement. The Sales Administrator ensures smooth collaboration between Sales, CX, Finance, and Marketing teams to drive operational efficiency.
