Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for research, planning, & implementing new programs & protocols into their company or organization & overseeing the development of new product. Overseeing the entire development process of new products & programs within an organization, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production. You will need to keep track of all the costs related to the creation of new products & decides what ideas are worth pursuing. You will be responsible for what is happening in the Research & Development field at large in order to make sure their company is up to date & current with the most advanced R&D Developments. As a Head you will have important managerial & Administrative responsibilities & may be in charge of overseeing employees. Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records. Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site. Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity. Prepare and update quality documentation, basing their processes on a recognized standard such as ISO 9000 – Quality Management, published by the International Organization for Standardization. He should be responsible for internal, external and international rules and regulations pertaining to manufacturing, selling and shipping goods. Supervise teams of Chemist who carry out the detailed assessment of products and their components at different stages of production. You will be responsible for proper functioning & managing of QA/QC/R&D Departments. Any other work assigned by Management from time to time.
