SME recruitmenta. Profile Vetting and Screeningb. Conduct Intro Callsc. Co-ordinate with key stakeholders (Content and Delivery)d. Follow the work flow for SME profile approvale. Co-ordinate with the SME for documentation / onboardingf. Answer queries related to roles and responsibilities, remuneration offered for the position, etc.2. Vendor Managementa. Co-ordinate with freelancers for SME sourcingb. Ensure Purchase Orders are created for the Freelancers on timec. Follow invoice procedure for Freelancers to ensure payments are done on time3. Stakeholder Managementa. Manage necessary stakeholders from the Delivery Team, Content Team, Finance Team, Internal MIS Team4. Data Managementa. Ensure all trackers are accurate and updatedSkills Required:1. High Proficiency in English Language – Spoken and Written2. High degree of customer centricity to address communication with SME’s and Stakeholders3. Ability to manage time, multitask and maintain consistent communicationQualifications:1. Graduate in any discipline2. Prior experience in SME Recruitment OR Interaction with SME’s / Customer Centric Background3.
