Recruitment Assistance- Support sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for IT and non-IT roles. - Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain candidate databases. - Coordinate interview schedules and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.2 . Administrative and Office Support- Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, services, and maintenance. - Oversee office upkeep to maintain a professional, well-organized, and hygienic workspace. - Coordinate and monitor facility services, ensuring timely execution of cleaning, repairs, and maintenance. - Assist with the procurement and inventory management of office equipment and supplies. - Support IT administration tasks, including maintaining internet and Ethernet connections and understanding network functioning to ensure smooth office operations.3. Employee Engagement- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and celebrations. - Collaborate on crafting and disseminating internal communications for engagement initiatives. - Gather and analyze employee feedback to refine engagement programs.Requirements:1.
