With over 400 personnel engaged in manufacturing and management, the Company strives to outperform others in it's related field in the area of quality operations and management.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Compliance Manager role located in Jodhpur. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting audits and reviews, and providing training on compliance issues, managing HR related compliance roles. Factory related Audits for overseas clients, physical and statutory compliances, liaison with various Government departments in related field including HR Policies and framework.Qualifications- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in HR and Factory Operations- Compliance. - Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures - Ability to conduct audits and reviews for overseas clients in ethical and physical operations. - Strong interpersonal skills towards management of Labour and liaison - Experience in the furniture or Export manufacturing industry - Experience in conducting or managing SMETA, FSC, CT PAT Audits is necessary - Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field
